about

"The Nine Lives of The Parachute Tester are rad, and that’s all you really need to know before you download this piece of pure math-pop gold. ‘Joe Banana and His Bunch!’ is hopefully the first of many releases from a bunch of guys who know how to bring the pop. Now don’t get me wrong, they won’t be touring with Cher Lloyd or any of those so called ‘popstars’ any time soon cos it turns out these guys aren’t half bad at playing their instruments. Chopping and changing all the time, this EP keeps you well and truly on your toes, not knowing where it may lead you next but sure that wherever it is, it’ll probably be pretty damn good."
-Musical Mathematics

". . .it’s really very good! It’s clever, deep, expertly played and full of hilarious song names - what more could you want?! . . . Can hear all sorts of influences in there but there’s also something very original about it. "
-Bev of Lines Across Maps

". . .indie math lite group with a lot of potential. . .truly excel with excellent vocals and some pretty inspired and sprightly drumming. All in all these three songs showcase their strengths incredibly well. . . I can truly appreciate a group that puts actual time into their vocal contributions because lets face it a lot of math (or even indie rock groups for that matter) have a very slap dash approach to writing lyrics and vocals melodies. As stated this is not at all the case here. Best of luck to these guys and very excited to see where a full length will take them.
